Even walking is helpful. Not lazily going along, but a nice speed.
Even better is to crush the Chia seeds with a mortar and pestle as to get the nutrients from the seeds.

I would love to try this elixer but for some reason whenever I have honey, lemon or vinegar , my face swells really badly.
Bananas causes the same reaction.
It makes me sad as I’m missing out on so many great nutrients.

My issue isn’t how much I eat. I don’t have much of an appetite. I walk an hour a day. I don’t lose weight no matter what I do. I have 2 Tbsp chia and 1 tbsp flax seeds every day. I have a glass of warm water with 2 tbsp lemon juice and 1 tbsp Apple cider vinegar and cinnamon every morning when I wake up. No weight loss. I’ve been doing this for months. I just don’t know what to do anymore. I’m frustrated.
Maybe its a thyroid issue.
Gid help you – hopefully it will make a difference in the long run- it may just take a slower/ longer time for some of us. I WILL START IT TOMORROW MORNING.
DOC I used your recipe with lemon, and vinegar with mother’s, and ground flax seeds every other day with seeds and lost over 50 pounds went from pants 40 down to 36 in waist. Thank you. I’m 50 ish and haven’t been in 36 waist for high school. Thank you again from a poor ole hillbilly that’s slimming down and feeling better..
