    Here is the recipe to my concoction:
    1 Cup (8 ounces of water)
    1 Teaspoon of Matcha Green Tea Powder
    1/2 Lemon Peeled (Including white around lemon)
    1/2 Teaspoon of Grated Ginger
    1/2 Teaspoon of Ground Cinnamon
    Little Honey or Natural Sweetener (Optional)

      Not just “a little bit of respect” but A LOT OF RESPECT for giving people ACTUAL advice and not just some pills so the pharma industry can make even more money. The advice that Doc has given us is the best advice out there. He is not in it for the money but rather truly wants people to be more healthy which is VERY in today’s day and age of doctors and basically everyone else selling something for a quick buck

    Lucky to be one of the first viewers of this video.. This with intermittent fasting combined helped me to lose 26lbs over 13 months with very little exercise(89 kgs when I started in 2019 Nov and now at 77kg in 2020 Dec)..I fast from 7pm to 8am everyday..I do maintain that 13 hrs gap incase if I happened to eat anything after 7..Also I am using organic ginger powder instead of fresh ginger.. hope it helps others
