1 Cup…Increases Blood Flow and Circulation in Legs & Feet! Dr. Mandell

Nitric oxide is a molecule that’s produced naturally by your body, and it’s important for better circulation and blood flow to your legs and feet.
Its most important function is vasodilation, meaning it relaxes the inner muscles of the blood vessels, causing them to widen and increase circulation.
Beetroot juice has a positive effect on the cardiovascular system. The widening of blood vessels caused by nitrate ingestion not only improves circulation, but also decreases the risk of heart disease, hardening of the arteries (atherosclerosis) and vascular disease.

    • Tony Zaddo says:

I just wish he wouldn’t call himself Doctor. He is giving medical advice but he does not have a medical degree. This is misleading.

    • M&K Neely says:

He is a licensed Chiropractor— & holds a degree that gives him the title DR. My physical therapist is also a Dr. They both long studied the human body, biology & chemistry etc. They understand the science ——- nothing Dr Mandell shares is inaccurate…& is far more than anything most typical MD’s do.

@motivationaldoc G’day Doc. The only way i can comment on your posts is by replying to a previous comment. Been like this for at least a month.
When you talk about Beetroot juice, I assume you dont mean the stuff in the jar that the pickled purple slices come in.
I just turned (a reasonably fit and healthy) 50 years old. And I’m starting to practice what I’ve always known I should be doing.
Thanks Doc. You really are a gift to everyone who meets your knowledge.
