Good morning Doctor, wondering if it would be alright to substitute elderberry tea for hibiscus, I believe it is also loaded with antioxidants and I really enjoy it’s taste.

  • Annie Wagner says:

I use a lot of cinnamon . I like it and understood it had benefits.
Your explanation of the plethora of benefits is great. I am hypoglycemic and feel I mostly manage much better than in younger years. Nice to hear the cinnamon might be contributing.
Just saw hibiscus tea yesterday. I will go back and buy it! I’m definitely adding this to my routine.

  • ShannaM says:

Thanks to you I keep a pitcher of hibiscus tea in the refrigerator. I drink two cups over ice daily with acv, honey, lemon and ginger added to it (I put the cinnamon in my coffee in the morning). Thanks for all the great info, doc. Have a blessed day. 🙏💖✨
