I sprinkle a little cayenne pepper on my egg. Very little though. I find it best to take a little pinch of it and rub you fingers over the egg so that the pepper lightly lands on it.

@Jasmine el fiky Yes it’s a fine red powder which derives from moderately hot chili peppers and contains capsaicin which is a compound that gives them their “heat”. It’s useful for all kinds of purposes like increasing metabolism which can help with weight loss, it also aids in digestion, reduces high blood pressure, topical capsaicin can improve skin conditions and more. It contains many antioxidants and vitamins. I use it in the wintertime if or when I get a sore throat by putting a half a teaspoon in a half a glass of warm water and then gargle with it as it gets rid of it in no time. I will occasionally add a pinch to my hot tea if I feel a cold coming on or if I have a cold and it really seems to take care of it. Sorry I didn’t mean to go on and on. It’s just a really neat spice that is good for way more than cooking 🙂🩷.

As I’ve said in several replies above, it’s very important that you drink the water right after so the chia seeds can expand while still in your stomach, not in upper or lower intestines, which would cause bloating, cramps, and/or constipation.
