    Please use a wooden or plastic spoon when dispensing the honey as honey has live enzymes in it that die when in contact with a metal spoon.

      I don’t know where you got your information, but as a certified beekeeper, I can say that this is absolutely not true.
      I use stainless steel equipment to extract my honey from the combs and this does not change the structure or enzymes in the honey.
      What does destroy the enzymes is heat, the enzymes are destroyed above 38°C / 100°F, which is why store bought honey contains no enzymes.

    ❤ Peppermint tea! ❤ cinnamon! ❤ ginger! ❤ raw honey! HOWEVER , NONE of these have ever helped me or ANY of my friend lose fat, shrink a bigger belly for that matter. Tried this, have friends and family tried this and it didn’t work on ANY of us. oh well…no big changes. lol

      Thanks for that insight ill keep thks in mind in my attempts. But i do wana ask if you all were exercising more? Or did you all continue the same eating diet that get ppl fat? For me, i noticed the fatter i got hungrier for fattening foods i wanted 😔😮‍💨

    Thank you for this healthy elixir, Dr. Mandell. The previous one with the Matcha tea powder left me completely wired and I couldn’t sleep at all. I tried this for 3 sequential nights. After then I stopped because I was kind of a wreck. I think I can tolerate today’s tea recipe and am looking forward to trying it. 😊

    1. Cup or mug (8-12 ounces of water 💧
    1. Tea bag of peppermint
    1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon of ground cinnamon powder
    1/4 to teaspoon of ground ginger powder
    Juice of 1/3 of a lemon 🍋
    1/2 to 1 tablespoon of natural raw honey
    add peppermint tea bag to hot water 💧 add cinnamon, ginger 🫚 and lemon 🍋 juice and stir well steep 5-6 minutes then add Honey 🍯
