    One little problem with this recipe, lemon or lime brings out the natural aluminum in the tea leaves which aluminum contributes to alzheimers. I drink lemon water everyday but keep the lemon separate from any tea that I drink. I also prefer a dash of Cinnamon in my green tea has the same effect as cayenne pepper only tastes better, plus cinnamon lowers your sugar

      Natural aluminum is not the same as manufactured aluminum. This applies to many other natural compounds or elements. I understand Why you do what you do but I myself am made of all natural elements of earth and I do not fear them.
