    1. Move around after meal
    2. Drink more water
    3. Eat fiber

    Thanks Doc for sharing the idea of lowering blood sugar level eating lots of fiber in a balanced diet, drink lots of water to flush excess floating sugar and not to sit ideally after meals and rest rather move to increase metabolism. I hope the world gets healthy and happy πŸ™
