    As for smaller plates, I put a salad bowel on my plate. Has made a big difference in how much I eat. And I don’t have to buy smalker plates!

    Tuna.. in spring water..lettuce.. tomatoes ..peppers ..on the plate ….olive oil..nice vinegar..and low salt tamari..marinated for couple hours…fruit..bananas ..blueberry. keifir…so I don’t know the calories..in this but I thought I’d share it anyway..

    I thought (and learned previously) that water dilutes the digestive juices which makes it more difficult for our food to digest properly and get to where it needs to go. Water 1/2 hour before a meal or 1/2 hour after a meal.

    This is what I want for my diet daily, I need this helpful tips to remind myself everyday.
