Me too it the dam excessive black pepper 99% of the tumric forum also give me horrible heart 🔥 🔥 🔥 🔥 👎

    • Vizzie Tucker says:

The same with me until I added a dash of black pepper and a teaspoon of olive oil or mix it with food that has fat and pepper in it. I’ve had no problems since.

    • Stella Joseph says:

There must be some chemical in the one that you bought that is causing the problem. As a long distance runner, tameric helps relax my muscles, and when I combine it with ginger, it instantly alleviates my headaches and muscles. I suggest you make it from scratch with raw or powdered taumeric and add ginger, lemon and mint, black pepper, hot water, and add olive oil in it. You will see a great difference.

Thank you so much for this information. I usually make taumeric tea with ginger, lemon, green tea, mint, a pinch of canyene and black peppers which sometimes makes me feel bloated. However, after watching your video, I started adding one tablespoon of organic extra virgin olive oil in the drink and I noticed a great difference, in that I dont feel as bloated anymore afterwards.
