    I do this w pasta. Cook it aldante , drain and put in fridge. Next day i use it in soups or casseroles. It tastes great.๐Ÿ˜Š

    I have a great distrust for most of the medical world for various reasons throughout my life, but I would totally trust Dr. Mandell because he delves deeper and is interested in the making people well, rather than just treating symptoms.

    And eat brown rice or basmati rice or black rice instead of white pasty rice. Eat chickpea pasta or lentils pasta or other substitutes for white pasty pasta. Eat yellow Yukon gold potatoes instead of starchy white potatoes. Or eat red potatoes. Less carb laden. Or eat mashed cauliflower instead of mashed potatoes. Tastes so good and delicious…..๐ŸŒž๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ™‚
