Cramping like muscle cramps?
I realized too late that olive oil is for low heat.
I’m Italian and do love my olive oil.
What I found out in my 40’s?
Was that different oils are only good at certain heats.
I gave up corn oil about the same time they said vegetable oil was the way to go.
Smh… well I know now that avacodo oil is good for me and withstands high heat.
I still use good quality olive oil in my salads but use avacodo oil for just about every thing else.

Hey doc, would you recommend using that before a vocal recording session? Sounds like it could lubricate the vocal folds and throat in general as a possible side effect?
What happened if I have gotten surgery, and I can’t do olive oil?? What else can I do to help my self with cramping???
What is that like? I’m afraid to try it. It just seems so unpalatable.
It doesn’t taste bad. I take this every morning with a pinch of pink Himalayan salt. Usually chase it with a sip of water to get the salt taste out of my mouth.
What’s the difference between the virgin ratings in olive oil. Why do they call it extra virgin.
