This is not the case if you take a B-complex vitamin. Your urine will be bright orange/yellow all day long.

Do not buy water from those opaque/translucent containers. Only buy water from clear bottles.
Is there a reason for this?
@Sarah Yo The plastic leaches more from the translucent bottles especially when exposed to warm temps and you can even taste it in the water.
We here in Germany don’t have these water containers. We just have bottles. In the US everything must be XXL, i guess….

I really don’t know, what’s so funny about it😅…we don’t drink out of containers like cows…
Just clean products are sometimes in big containers…and distilled water…
This is very very important. Clean non-fluoridated water.
YES. I use a Gravity Fed Water Filter – PureOne or PureUSA (Think they changed name, Awesome though, great for stomach issues.

In San Francisco today, water is a problem.
Our tap water is alternately greasy and sticky (you can feel it on your hands after washing them, on your whole body after you shower), smells like unidentifiable chemicals with undertones of sewage, and you do NOT want to let it get in your mouth or eyes.
And since the city apparently mandates cleaning restaurants and grocery stores with disinfectants heavy on ammonia, bottled water isn’t much better.

My Mom was a surgical nurse and we were told to always look at your urine and your stool, this can tell you a lot about what is going on with your body. With the exception of taking vitamin B complex my urine is usually as clear as water.
