    Our body needs magnesium in all three forms: glycinate, ascorbate, and citrate. I used to have cramps in hamstring and heart palpitation and other muscle related issues. Magnesium got rid of 99% of problems.

      I do have leg cramps every now n then especially in rainy or cold weather. And I’m a vegetarian.

      There’s a magnesium capsules that have all 3. Research online for the brand with the highest ratings. Google search is a good source to look up the best brands & best absorption.
