I need to find out what those alternatives are!

  • Bruno Henriques Hasper says:

Great, but what are the alternatives?

  • Tikihut Genius says:

I believe he may be talking about Berberine

  • Angela Jones says:

When that digestion slows down it sits in your stomach and can make you vomit profusely ick. I’ve seen it happen and it is disgusting. That person had food in her stomach from the night before and this was the next evening and it was still there 😮

  • pamela tourney says:

You said ozempic alternatives( plural) im sorry i didnt hear even 1 of them.

  • Rex Roberts says:

Excellent I’m sure you’ve saved more lives than WHO or CDC ever has or ever will 😊

  • Monica Hughey says:

WHAT ARE THE ALTERNATIVES.?? YOU DIDNT MENTION ANY OF THEM.

    • Michael Soldate says:

Sleeve Gastrectomy is one alternative option. It’s a Minimally Invasive surgery that permanently shrinks the stomach for patients with 30 or higher BMI. Most patients loose majority of their fat free mass at a similar rate to Ozempic. Ozempic costs more and needs to be injected weekly and indefinitely for results while a sleeve Gastrectomy is permanent and doesn’t have the side effects that taking a new drug may have over time.

i visit a dietitian every 3 weeks (virtually) and that helps me keep accountable with my weight loss. No dramatic changes to my diet, just someone to talk about it with and to give me goals. I have 24 free visits covered by health insurance. I recommend!

  • Selena Evans says:

But what about the gut infections and dysbiosis that it leaves u with?😢

  • TX Mama M.O. says:

My Dr put me on Ozempic for diabetes and yes I lost 20 pounds in 3 weeks…..because I was either vomiting or having diarrhea every single day. I had to stop taking it. I’ve never felt so bad in my life!

    • Dawn Elder says:

I have a friend who has similar problems with every diabetic med she has tried. Even Berberbine. Could not get 2 steps from the washroom. Finally realized she had to do it naturally.

    • Dire Straights says:

      Was it Natural…

    • T's L'il Bear Shoppe says:

      thanks for telling us!

    • snowblo1 says:

Oh wow, that’s really amazing. I’m severely overweight and am type 2 diabetic, also with PCOS & very bad insulin resistance. I’ve been wondering whether I should recommend taking Ozempic or not. But the more horror stories I’m hearing about, I’m kinda going with passing it up. It doesn’t help that I’ve experienced bouts of bullemia (purge eating then making myself throw it up) in the past and that type of unhealthy relationship with food. So yeah, maybe I should unfortunately pass up on it.

sometimes a video short is simply too short- and shouldn’t be made. it needed at least 2 or 3 minutes…

  • Solena says:

    You didn’t give the alternatives

  • Ms. Lady says:

Hello I only watch this to see what the natural alternative was to ozempic um I’m still waiting!!

  • EDDIE O《EDDIE 》 says:

    Thank you Dr.BERG

  • zAngus says:

One of the few Dr Berg videos I have downvoted. Title had nothing to do with the content.

  • EyeSea says:

So doc, what’s the alternative??? Berberine???

  • EyeSea says:

Worst short EVER!!!!! Alternative(s) never discussed 😕

  • Erica says:

Wouldnt just eating less and less eventually shrink your stomach and give you the same result as Ozempic?

  • Ginger Peacenik says:

This sounds like an advertisement for it.

  • Sherry says:

Choline is wonderful to help you drop the pounds . It also really helps a non alcoholic fatty liver .
