    Thank you for always helping and being so encouraging. People in chronic pain often have been beat down by themselves and by others who don’t understand what they are going through. Dr. Mandela always leads with encouragement even if only the tone of his voice.     I would advise your watchers that what your have described is a prep position for a Trauma Release Exercise. Body parts might start to tremble and it is best to be prepared for the possibility.

    I am a tall man w wide hips and I am having a rough time isolating and strengthening my upper glutes /psoas enough to be on my feet all day with no pain or tension. I have learned some good movements to strengthen and stretch, but there still seems to be a weak spot. Thanks for everything Doc.
