Silence Your TINNITUS…The #1 Area You Must Address! Dr. Mandell

Millions of people experience tinnitus in different degrees, some are louder than others. Tinnitus is the perception of sound when no actual external noise is present. While it is commonly referred to as “ringing in the ears,” tinnitus can manifest many different perceptions of sound, including buzzing, hissing, whistling, swooshing, and clicking. For some, it can lead to insomnia, difficulty with concentration, poor work or school performance, irritability, anxiety, and depression.

Thanks! I’ve known for years that my liver and gallbladder need help. Recently, my biofeedback guy said my kidneys aren’t all that well. I’m 84 with other issues, too, like a kind of myoclonus that shows up in the abdominal area. For 20 yrs I’ve been trying to connect the dots. My ‘workout’ consists of slow, gentle movements…(Feldenkrais) I sit with a heating pad on high on my lower back most of the time and have been wondering if it feels good because it’s simply comforting or is actually doing something. I think you’ve given me another piece of the puzzle! Thanks again.❤️

  • Jo Bondi says:

I’ve had tinnitus for as long as I can recall. I can tune it out if I’m busy, but otherwise its loud. Especially after activity or stress.

  • Foxxy Foxxers (꧁foxxy𖠞꧂) says:

I don’t know if this will help my tinnitus, but the neck tapping technique feels very soothing nonetheless! I’ll try to report back after I have done these techniques a few times.

I used to have issues with Tinnitus. I stopped taking aspirin and switched to White Willow Bark for pain and inflammation. That helped very much. I will also do these exercises that you have shown us. Fascinating! Very helpful 👍🏽💜

  • Sunflower101 says:

Wow!! This helped to drain the eustachian tubes too which helped tremendously to clear my sinuses!

Always look forward to your videos, Dr. Mandell. I learn so much from you…as I believe in “natural healing” as much as possible. My theory is our bodies were created by our heavenly creator to “heal itself” and not to be fed a continuous amount of prescriptions, each having it’s own set of side effects. Thanks for all you do for us, Dr. Mandell! 👍🥰🇺🇲

  • Zipittydodah says:

I love your “natural” remedies, Doctor! Blessings 10x to you! 🌟

  • Donna Moore says:

Thank you. I will try this everyday for sure. Mine gets so loud sometimes that I can’t hear myself think. I call it the locust swarm. Sometimes they are gone. Total silence and it’s heavenly. Other times.. ughhhh… I have Dysautonomia and I’m battling cancer right now. Second round with cancer. I don’t blame my brain for screaming in agony. Lol Drs don’t seem to get it. But the loved ones around me do. If it wasn’t for being an avid lip reader, there are times I would never understand what is being said. I can hear fine but the noise won’t let me process the words. Im a retired sign language interpreter so I taught myself to read lips just for fun. It has really helped in my challenges. Thank you for your unending love for us. I will let you know how it goes. ❤🙏🏽
