      My recent trauma kept me awake for several weeks until recently taking magnesium calm me down.i am still having issues falling asleep quickly. once I fall out, I sleep a few hours here and there, then wake up randomly and have a hard time falling back. Living in the city is challenging due to cars and truck noise. Once it reaches morning peak time, you can forget sleeping at this time. Usually around 7 -8am. This whole situation has given me soo much stress and anxiety that I am looking for an answer everywhere I can. Found this doctor and trying to adapt his technique to my life changes. Thank you !!!
