    Looking into Dr. Gundry’s information for the first time. Quite a bit of his highly recommended foods are high FODMAP. I’ve been diagnosed with SIBO and am wondering how that gut issue and having to move towards a low FODMAP diet can merge with the recommended foods and other lifestyle/diet issues advocated for by Dr. Gundry.

You have recommended thrive market for purchasing some of our foods, when they offer things like marinara pasta almond milk and lentils, if we were to choose those to buy.. is it better to go safe with this company than to buy it anywhere else?
