1. Provide the mitochondria with the correct environment to thrive in … to do this we need to practice the following:
Eat less processed food, junk food, sugar, and empty calories. In fact, you should really avoid these things altogether.
Eat more colorful fruits and veggies that are packed with antioxidants and phytonutrients.
Increase your intake of omega-3 fats found in foods like small fatty fish, walnuts, egg yolks, hemp seeds, and flaxseeds.
Hot or cold therapy weather its using a sauna, steam room, taking a hot bath, a cold shower, or ice plunge.
Find a way to move daily even if it’s just a short walk.
Find a stress reduction exercise that you’ll actually do everyday such as meditation, deep breathing, journaling, a hot bath, etc.
