      What happens if you don’t have a gallbladder does that affect your cholesterol?

      Also, my triglicerides were high affecting my LDL about a month ago so my cardiologist put me on a statin rosuvastatin which I don’t like the way it makes me feel…feet and joint pain as well as memory concerns. I’m told that statins are not good for you can I incorporate your suggestions of exercise, no triglycerides, packaged and processed food, cakes, sugars, etc to avoid taking statins.

      Please respond to my post as I am really looking for a natural holistic means to maintain a healthy HDL and achieve optimum health?

      Just make sure to increase your water intake. When I first started eating chia seeds, I ate way too much (I love them), but didn’t drink enough liquids. It brought my “system” to a grinding halt, you might say, lol. It was a very uncomfortable way to learn a lesson ๐Ÿ˜…

      its time now do what you need to do pray over body you diet exercise some FATHER GOD has rest covered. I eat burgers now with no bread . Fiber is a main key. Cereal named TOTAL gives u good fiber intake. remain focus on LORD JESUS CHRIST

    Great advice as usual. Speaking for myself, 80 minutes of vigorous exercise EVERYDAY completely changed my health. No more cholesterol problems, no more high blood pressure, and without trying I started craving less sugar.
    My answer to โ€œhow do you do it?โ€ is start with exercise everyday and the rest will follow.
