The Secret Power of Avocados: Accelerate Your Healing! Dr. Mandell

Avocado is one of the most delicious and satisfying foods on the planet and it's also a powerhouse super-food. These luscious gems which are technically fruits, are the healthy fats that our bodies require. They are packed with anti-aging, disease fighting antioxidants, and nearly 20 different vitamins and minerals.
Avocados can help to decrease the risk of obesity, diabetes, heart disease, cancers, and overall mortality while promoting a healthy complexion and hair, increased energy, and overall lower weight.

My breakfast regimen: small packet of instant oatmeal (use hot water instead of milk), half avocado, half golden kiwi, 2-3 Brazil nuts, 6 walnuts, 10 pistachios, 5 pecans, one tspn of pine nuts, 2 dried prunes, 2 dried apricots, one tbsp of dried cranberries, 2 splashes of cayenne pepper, 3 splashes of fine powdered garlic, 3 splashes of fine powdered turmeric, one tbsp of extra virgin olive oil, 1 tspn of beetroot crystal —- all organic. No need to take daily multivitamins after this breakfast. It tastes so good as well and feel great. Note: this breakfast is after drinking an ACV (1 tbsp) with lemon juice (a quarter of the lemon) diluted with 7 ounces of water.

    • @user-ov1yt5mo7k says:

      All good but the oatmeal๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿผ

    • @icaarnold345 says:

exactly the oatmeal instant has nothing inside what should be oatmeal buy the corn not even the flakes they are ultra heated it isprocessed food, all other ingredients are wonderful.

    • @WillyEckaslike says:

yep ditch the packet oats and used rolled oats

    • @Kelly-nd3cz says:

What is ACV? Thank you for your input.

    • @spvideos4088 says:

@@user-ov1yt5mo7k It’s in it so I don’t get hungry as fast and that the oatmeal absorbs the fine powdered ingredients well also. I stopped taking one-daily multivitamins but continue to take D3+K2. Been feeling great.
