    Doctor Mandel, I really value your fantastic content which has been beneficial over the years ,however I wonder if there would be an alternative to chia seeds as I get really sick after consuming the smallest amount .

    Always good advice from the doctor. What helps me is…stay away from white bread, and ice cream ,and sugar. I also drink one tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil every morning. And more protein foods also helps me.

      Yes! I am also taking the tbsp EVOO, chia seed and cayenne mixture. It gets quite thick and I have cut back on eating.

    You can really add just about anything and make a meal out of it. Add scoop of pumpkin, delicious! I’ve also added spirulina powder, hemp and ground flax. Endless variety, many recipes out there. Love chia!

      Right! I lOve eating mine just strait up in milk that I’ve soaked over-night in the fridge! I used to add Stevia to sweeten, but now I prefer it Unsweetened.😜 Super Satisfying and Filling!!😉 (Lots of peeps add berries which is always a good choice!😎)

      Omg…I noticed within a week. I felt great and still do. It’s totally 💯 healed me and I’ve lost 2 jeans sizes since February 🥳
      Apple Cider Vinegar is great too if you don’t have lemons 🍋 to put in it! I’m back baby…55 years young and I look and feel great! No more meds at all anymore. My GP is so happy for me and my family’s grateful to have healthy mum back! This time last year, I was bed ridden, crying, in pain, very sick, limping from sciatica…all my stomach problems have totally healed, including a fatty liver, gall stones are gone, digestion and poops 💩 are perfect 🤭☺️😅
