Unclog Arteries…1 Glass in the Morning Will Be Rewarding – Dr Mandell

Clogged arteries result from the build-up of a substance called plaque in the arterial walls. It is also medically referred to as arterial plaque. This plaque can reduce blood flow or even block it altogether.
Clogged arteries increase your risk of developing other health complications like a heart attack or stroke.

Some of the most common risk factors for clogged arteries are:
High levels of LDL (bad cholesterol) or low levels of HDL (good cholesterol)
A high blood pressure
Smoking tobacco
Diabetes or elevated blood sugar levels
A family history of atherosclerosis or clogged arteries
Stress
Obesity
A sedentary lifestyle

Most cases of clogged arteries do not exhibit any symptoms until a heart attack or blood clot presents itself. However, in cases where 70% or more of the arteries are blocked, you will notice the following symptoms.
Severe cases of clogged arteries may exhibit symptoms like:
Shortness of breath
Sweating
Nausea
Chest pain or angina
Palpitations of the heart
Dizziness
Weakness

Yes Dr. Mandell, strokes run in my family. Also, my mother had the same operation as I did. It is hereditary and she did die of a stroke and both my grandmother’s. I was and also my doctor was, very surprised I was so bad at only 57 yrs. old. I know all about strokes and 2 very long scars on both sides of my neck. My blood pressure was the give away. Extremely so high that I had to see a heart doctor who then sent me to a vascular surgeon. It’s a scary thing.

Day 4 and my blood pressure has dropped from 140/90 which has been normal for me for a few years now to 110/70, absolutely incredible results in such a short period of time. It takes a little getting used to on taste and has some kick, but it goes down nice and provides a nice boost of energy to boot! Definitely part of my morning routine from now on!

  • Joe Driggers says:

This helped me a lot. Anyone who is struggling with high blood pressure, give this a try. I’ve done this mixture for about 20 days, I also did a few other things such as: cutting out sodas, high sodium and salt, prepackaged foods and sweets. I changed to lean meats such as chicken, tuna, and turkey along with fruits vegetables and salads. I went from an average reading of 179/118 down to my most recent 132/82. Also, I eat 2 tablespoons of flaxseeds mixed with water in the evening. You may want to check with your dr first especially if you take bp medicine.

    • sharon says:

That’s phenomenal! And without the meds that can cause kidney damage ( with long term use) God bless!

    • Mr Aylonmein says:

I mean, I would probably put your change down to cutting back on sodium, sweets, and processed food.. not drinking a glass of this stuff every morning. smh.

    • BestMods168 says:

So it doesn’t work because you’ve already done a lot of other changes. 🙄🤣

    • EQOAnostalgia says:

God gave us what we need to live healthy, spiritually and otherwise. The enemy has intentionally denied us these things, and tried to hide them away.
