Statins are for high cholesterol. I take amlodipine, 5mg for my blood pressure. Praying to be able to get off of that some to soon. Thank you so much, Dr. Mandell and please thank Momma Mandell for gifting us such a gem as you. God bless you! ❤

I didn’t watch this short clip but it came across my notification, I refuse to take a Statin drug the American Heart Association says it does not prevent heart disease it does not prevent heart attacks and it can cause Strokes just look at your blood work as for a copy or if you go online which I don’t I don’t even own a computer and I’m not going to do it on my phone but I get my copy I look what I need to like work on I was just in the whole lot and just find out what you need to eat or not eat to get things in Balance that’s what I say❤

Doctor this is very relevant to issues I’m dealing with!!!

  • @rosannaburgess714 says:

    Thank you Doctor Mandell!
Thats why I stop taking statins because of the muscular pain I was experiencing but my doctor insist on me taking it despite the discomfort it was causing me. So glad I listen to my body and God.

  • @user-zv4vz6ic3w says:

Ttttttthhhhhank you Doc!!! This is warning enough for me to deal better w diet!!! WITH THIS CLARITY !!!! DONT HAVE2 TELL ME TWICE !!!! BETTER DIET!!! DOC you are a God Send!!!!

  • @AFS-2 says:

To me, rosuvastatin was poison. I got off 40mg of rosuvastatin, and within 3 months, I felt 20 years younger. Terrible muscle cramps and aching, memory problems, headaches, and my A1C went from 5 to 6.8. Never again, diet and exercise for me.

  • @laurasalwen2129 says:

Thank you for this! I’m post menopausal and learning that lack of testosterone is probably the issue of MOST of my issues. Work in progress and definitely learning on my own without just saying “yes” to every damn thing my doc says. 💯❤️

  • @meredragon-up2eg says:

Thank you, our angel, to educate public these precious informative truth!!! ❤❤❤

  • @deborahdemarco7732 says:

My cholesterol level was 212 and my MD. Prescribed stating drugs which I refuse to take. Within 1 year through diet and vitamins and exercise I lowered my LDL to 164. People need to get off of big pharmaceutical poison. I love the fact that you educate people on how bad medicine is for us. You are a blessing. ❤😊

    • @missmindersue says:

Same here only difference is I did absolutely nothing to fix it, then 1 yr testing showed it was fine 🤨 They all lie and I’m sick of it 👿 Glad you didn’t take it either 🙏🏼💞

    • @deborahdemarco7732 says:

@@missmindersue I have noticed since covid most of my doctor don’t care about their patients like they use to. All they want to do is prescribe medicine which only makes things worse due to all the side effects. I love Dr. Mandell because he never mentions medications. This guy is a good man who shares his knowledge and home remedies with us. Continue to do what you do and stay away from medications and over the counter meds. God Bless you.

    • @basketfullofyarnco3415 says:

@@deborahdemarco7732I agree with you! Since covid doctors ha e been horrible.

    • @missmindersue says:

@@deborahdemarco7732 I haven’t been to my dr since I fired her for trying to give me 3 dangerous meds, approx 6-7 yrs ago, then I threw out All my petroleum based meds, I go natural now ✊🏼 thank God I didn’t take any of them and glad you didn’t either, Back atcha 🙏🏼❤️😊

  • @user-zv4vz6ic3w says:

Just had my husband listen we both have to do better he agrees !!!!BLESS YOU DOCTOR !!! GREATLY!!!!

  • @angelaabbott2824 says:

I’ve refused statins every time a doctor has said the word to me. FYI, they do absolutely NOTHING to prevent heart attacks. My uncle spent many, many years doing everything right AND taking statins, and still had TWO heart attacks, ten years apart. His doctor walked into the hospital after the first and asked him, “what happened?” My uncle replied, “YOU tell ME!” All the years of spending money on that crap and it literally made no difference. I’m thrilled to hear you confirm that statins are NOT good for people. God bless you ❤

The more we learn the truth, the smarter we get!!! Thank you Dr. Blessings ❤

Statins reduce CoQ10, their biggest problem.

  • @WizardOfWor says:

I’ve stopped taking statins among other pharmaceutical drugs once I found this out (mine was Pravastatin).

  • @simoneadams935 says:

Thanks again, Dr., that is why I love listening to you

  • @inoshishi8 says:

Sadly, the extreme majority of the medicalSystem insists on pushing various meds with more debilitating side effects. It’s why many patients are going a lot less to or even avoiding Drs and ERs and several becoming more holistic and homeopathic.

They forget that without patients they have no jobs, but if they keep up the futile fiasco, it’ll eventually be too late for many of their licences.

  • @Alan-on7pk says:

Whenever I’m shaky about some of your stuff, it’s presentations like this which keep me coming back!
