Probably you should also take vitamin D together with vitamin K2 to prevent calcification of soft tissue. Maybe also add fish oil, as vitamin D is fat-soluble.

Dr Mandel . Blessings to you and your family ; You Are a Real Blessing to all of us who live in our disconnected bodies. We are disconnected with what is wright and wrong . I am 62 . What you are teaching makes total sense . The correlation of vitamin D and Melatonin as we age and the lack of sleep . I am only sleeping 3 hours every night and I am taking vitamin D at night . Thank you for touching so many lives with your knowledge and wisdom ❤ 🙏
