    Totally agree! Cinnamon is really useful in sweet dishes. And if you want to make savory food more healthy, – add raw garlic to it. Helps to kill bad bacterias in the stomach and burn some calories.

    I like to use plain Greek Yogurt add my own fruit, alittle honey or date syrup and spices as well as nuts or legumes whatever you like or can eat. That is hard to beat ❤ Yummy ‼️
