Carnivore…. with only one meal a day, that’s me!
    Thank you Dr Berg! 🙋💕

    • @SERGIO-cr6uy says:

There’s no such thing as humans being carnivore. Can you say that 100% of your food intake is meat? No bread, pasta, rice, veggies, fruits?

    • @cynthiaweber1646 says:

My husband just started doing the carnivore diet and he has lost weight. Amazing stuff.

  • @FeralFaeRae says:

I went down from 59 kilos to 55 kilos by giving up caffeine, switched to rooibos tea, only have two mugs a day compared to 5 mugs of black tea! I still have one sugar and milk in it! ( sorry about the sugar!) Also I eat half an orange instead I’d a full one each day (sorry but I never sit still and burn alot of kilojoules!) Lastly I eat 4 meals per day, 3 of the meals have a different protein eg sardines, red meat or chicken, with day old brown rice (two tablespoons) or day old potato, then my 4th meal is natural Greek yoghurt with pumpkin seeds, and some pear! My diet is focused on lowering gluten, amines and I feel much better! Not as many migraines!

I know that I am in ketosis but at a plateau. Need to exercise, I know. I can’t eat a lot of the keto almond flour recipes because it makes me feel heavy and a little foggy 😶‍🌫(not sure how to describe). The other good keto food that I need to cut back on are nuts. I decided to take a break on those too. Too easy to overeat. I just bought more frozen organic broccoli 🥦

    • @jennifermarlow. says:

You could try doing an elimination diet, then see what happens when you add back. Re the almond flour foods, hmm. Heavy and foggy for me would be a food I’d get out of my diet. But that’s me and I’m fixing my long hauler issues. You do you! 🙂

  • @jennifermarlow. says:

Dr. Berg, this is great encouragement for anyone who is slogging through, and new info for those who are still snacking. People — this is the real deal, so true! Thank you, Dr. Berg 🙂

  • @Maggie-zw9jq says:

I totally agree with you Dr.Berg but I’m sure you know lot of us grew up with the advice to eat small meals every 3 hours 🙄.

  • @Teine770 says:

    Thanks Dr Berg

  • @alaskacpu says:

So very true. Back on low carbs, no sugar and my BP is around 117/80 within a week.

  • @kathrynknoll5094 says:

  • @mattthevisionary says:

Two meals a day is amazing. Im almost at the transition to OMAD now as im less hungry over time.

  • @LoLasLair says:

I lost 80 pounds, lowered blood pressure and A1C, etc. over 18 months by eating 5 small meals a day. It was the ONLY thing that worked for me.

  • @mariamilewska7779 says:

Super important not too eat too many times

  • @janetgies8698 says:

    No Snacking Allowed

  • @colettepeyton2072 says:

Ive noticed❤Lost 9 kilos in 3 months.A long way to go but will be worth it.

  • @rhondadahmen5405 says:

    THIS SOUNDS DANGEROUS

  • @lmusima3275 says:

Now that I’m fully adapting to zero sugar, eating higher nutrient dense foods and less often I could see the difference. In my office, I see how some of my colleagues are constantly grazing through the day on multiple snacks between the recommended 3 meals a day. They all claim they need a sugar boost. I told one of my colleagues I don’t have any form of sugar in my kitchen and she said oh you need to have a sugary snack for energy. I have to laugh 😂

  • @Manjslife says:

I have to reduce my weight so yes will start 2 meals a day …thanks doc

  • @a.williams45 says:

Great advice. Thanks, Dr Berg ❤

You literally saved my life Dr. Berg. Thank you for all that you do. 45 years old and I always get 33. What’s my secret? Eating pattern and weight training after work 5 days a week. I absolutely love it! I’m shredded. Water, salad, apple, banana throughout the week. Friday and Saturday steak dinner or salmon dinner. Repeat. I feel great! Digestive system is awesome. Never bloated. My wife loves my testosterone levels if you know what I mean 😂! Better than before. Better, stronger, faster. My coworkers envy me and I tell them it’s not rocket science. I give them my regimen, but I say you have to find what works for you. They claim they’re not that disciplined. I guess they like being in pain more than feeling good. One eating ruffles and the other smoking a cigar while I’m 😂telling them what I do smh 🤦🏾‍♂️. My stomach’s growling right now and it’s like a massage. When it growls that’s how I know I’m right where I need to be. Not go stuff my face. But that I’m in the deficit I want to be at. I maintain 175. A big version of Bruce Lee. I love it and so does my wife 😅!
