      I try to keep my sodium intake to no more then 1500mg a day which means looking at the labels for everything you get and drink, plus looking up the nutritional values for foods when you eat out. Lots of foods have your daily allotment of sodium in just one serving, especially frozen dinners and stuff in cans.

    I find at 73yrs of age my palate doesn’t like too much salt so as well as never adding it I find I’m halving (sometimes more) the amount of salt a recipe asks for. Over time I’ve used less and less. I cook from scratch.

    True,too much SALT 🧂 isn’t good for us neither is too little so balance Doctor is the KEY!And let Me Also,Add take Magnesium,Iron,B12,Super D to help that Balance as well which most def helped Me from LIES that Floridian Doctors told Me to my face!Research,EVERYTHING Doctors tell YOU,the Patient!😊

    Depends the salt. I have a very clean diet of all fresh foods. My sodium levels were to low. Felt alot better when l added celtic sea salt. Striped back table salt should be an avoided. Real salts are needed.
