    Thank goodness ❤❤❤

  • @jna9888 says:

Doin’ it, because I’ve listened to Dr Berg a long time!

  • @bhornannawindeedeigh5007 says:

Thanks, Dr Berg! You’re the Best! 💐🙏🏽❤️

  • @Dr-MiNa says:

    Thanks short on the dot

  • @adamk4733 says:

Get Jimmy on again and do a weekend drinking livestream…those were always gold!

  • @IamHereAgainDude says:

I wish I could save these shorts on a playlist.

I have a playlist for my neighbor who is 90 and she has a flip phone. 😢

She comes over to watch videos I save for her and this one is important.

    • @Arlene_DOTK says:

      You can.
Click the 3 dots (top right on your cell phone).
      Click save to playlist.

    • @Early100 says:

@@Arlene_DOTKI’d like to save them too but I’m on an iPad, I can see the three dots but there’s no option to save to playlist – I can save normal videos but not shorts.

    • @Early100 says:

      Same here.

    • @pepehandsup says:

You can press the share Button then copy the url or copy link. Paste it into Google or any other search engine and edit the part where it says “/shorts/” to say “/watch/” . Now you will have the short in the same format as a normal video. Maybe this will help with your problem 🙂

    • @mreese8764 says:

I think you can add them to a playlist if you first like the video and then go to your YouTube library, open the list of liked videos and play it from there. It will play like a normal video and you can add it to a list from there.

  • @amg92003 says:

Yes my old primary never told me that and i was taking a high regiment for a short time..1 pill 50,000 a week. Was high in blood work. Would never take high dose again. I take 2,000 daily. Check your levels..

  • @PatriciaG.5050 says:

Hmm, bones are more protein than calcium. I believe I heard that from Dr. BERRY

    • @disinformationworld9378 says:

Research K2 properly… In Japan they acknowledge it as a cure for Osteoporosis. In the west they still haven’t a clue how to treat bone loss. …..

  • @nellosnook4454 says:

They are now usually combined in the same pill in higher quality brands.

  • @henriettahuneycutt2156 says:

Can’t keep track of all the vitamins…start one and then a video of another vitamin I need to take with it !!

    • @onlyinparadise4613 says:

If you get his D3 supplement, it already has K2 and other stuff in it as well. He’s just informing everyone about the potential dangers of taking D3 alone.

    • @happyapple4269 says:

Don’t take any, he is promoting his own supplements. You can get everything you need eating red meat.

  • @hebm7996 says:

Doctor also we need to take Magnesium because its needed

  • @gailsfoodandstuff says:

for years, i took d3 as it has really helped keep cancer away for me, my hubby and even his mom, (yes, we all had a cancer event years ago) but i do have “calcium” deposits in my breasts, thus, was a cause of breast cancer it appears.. so now i take the combo, as i hear it pulls it from areas that it should not be in and puts it where it belongs. 😊

  • @madelyncorey3490 says:

I’m trying your brand next Dr. Berg. I’m very unhappy to know that all of these very good vitamins I’ve been buying for years are now owned by gigantic corporations. Corporations whom I do not trust because they make chemicals, for one thing. Thank you for all you do!
And anyone that will listen, I give them your name, and now many of my friends and acquaintances follow you🎉❤

    • @madelyncorey3490 says:

By the way, I’m already taking three of your products, I use your nutritional yeast flakes tonight. I’m very happy with that, as well as your electrolyte powder!

    • @onlyinparadise4613 says:

@@madelyncorey3490I just buy organic non fortified nutritional yeast (Naturebell) in bulk. It’s a lot cheaper that way.

  • @jennifermarlow. says:

I told my doctor I was taking 5,000 IU per day with K2, and he said, “Oh, that’s way too much!” I told him to look at my test results, which are perfect, and that I’ve been doing this for 2 years, so …

  • @charlenemitchell1023 says:

    Thank you❤

  • @marysh3840 says:

Thank you for saving lives, dear Dr. Berg.

  • @MarieWilliams027 says:

    Thank you, Dr Berg 👍🏻🌞

  • @a.williams45 says:

Great advice. Thank you, Dr Berg 🙏🏻

  • @annettehansen6329 says:

I have hereditary high cholesterol and the Drs were shocked because I don’t have any buildup in my arteries. I think it is because I have taken Vit. D3 with K2 first years.

  • @patricial.321 says:

My mom and I do that. When I told my doctor about that, she gave me a weird look and told me to not believe everything I see online… ugh!
