    Please do a video on insomnia. Mine is not psychologically induced. It is a physiological problem. I am struggling to bring diabetes under control. Could high blood sugar be the cause?

      Absolutely. You need to probably change your lifestyle. Many things can be done but without proper testing and assessment we are guessing. For now, consider low carb diet along with berberine, more exercise, and bitter teas like bitter melon. Coach Carl.

    I think stress and high cortisol ultimately are what sabatoge my mitochondria, no matter how well I eat or what supps I take. However, the latter does help!
