    I take my medicine everyday!โค๐Ÿ˜Š

  • @Eliz2011abc says:

Another exercise for living longer is to run from toxic people and their drama. Peace of mind is priceless ๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ‘

  • @rjsophia3712 says:

Play pickleball!!! You can choose to play either casually or competitively, but either way you will find people who want to play with you! And itโ€™s a great way to make new friends and lots of them! We have a group of 16 women and we try to get together and play, some combination of us, every single day. And tonight we are getting together for a Girls Night at someoneโ€™s house! I have more friends now than Iโ€™ve ever had before in my life!

    • @justine3769 says:

What’s the average age of your group?

    • @rjsophia3712 says:

Early 40โ€™s to mid 60โ€™s. Accomplished women who have never ceased to be competitive in whatever we do. Some retired and some still work or self-employed. We realized we have a lot in common. All 3.5 to 4.5. ๐Ÿ˜

So true. Thank you, Dr Berg ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿป

  • @anastasiacelestine3571 says:

I went from workout over 3 hours a day & walked everywhere (I have epilepsy) and slowly declined to nothing. It started to feel terrible to work out and took days to recoup. I tried to push through it so it would be easy to bounce back, but I couldn’t. High stress & low iron nearly killed me. I’m excited to feel good working out again.

  • @susanchun2573 says:

I agree! I always feel better! Have more energy! I take the stairs instead of the elevator, park a little further from the grocery store so I get a few extra steps in!

  • @shaminmohammad7071 says:

Haha Eliz2011 loved your comment so true too..๐Ÿ˜‚

  • @shaminmohammad7071 says:

Hi Dr Berg that’s so true what you said. You see, we were taught by our elders that you need to leave at least 1 third for water, 1 third for food and 1 third for you to breathe! Of course exercise makes a LOT of difference it’s all about having PMA..Positive Mental Attitude. Your videos are great so interesting and inspiring thank you once again Dr Berg ๐Ÿ˜Š

Dr. Berg .. can you speak a little on the use of the mineral boron and its qualities that make it similar to vitamin K2 in its absorption of vitamin D?
