It’s amazing I make mine with green tea instead of water and I add chia seeds, cinnamon, ginger, cayenne pepper and honey and it’s yummy

Hi Doc you are my favorite Dr. I listened to and practiced most.

    • @jb-qi8fz says:

I tried his tip to stop mucous nasal and bronchial chronic congestion. Chew 1/3 tsp. of Thyme
(it’s likely in your spice cabinet right now). I couldn’t believe it. In a few hours I was completely
congestion free. Do this once a day or as needed.

Another way to enjoy this is use coconut water instead of water and use this mixture with your overnight oats. It’s so delicious. I use 2/3 water, 1/3 organic rolled oats, chia, flax, cinnamon, ACV, and 1/2 cup of mango. Put in sealed jar in the fridge and enjoy the next morning!! You can warm up or eat cold.

I was diagnosed with NAFLD last year.. Years ago in my twenties (I’m 59 now) I had a scan and was told back then I had a fatty liver. I didn’t really know what that meant. In 2014, my mother died at 80 from complications in untreated Lymphoedema which is hereditary. We found out she also had cirrhosis of the liver. She never drank. She didn’t overeat. Both are hereditary. I began to have extreme symptoms of NAFLD last year & brought it to the attention of my DR. Test’s were done, liver is infiltrated with fat. I’m 4’10” & struggle with weight. I don’t overeat &. I eat good, healthy foods when I do eat. I’m sugar sensitive so carbs & sweets are rare. I now work with a nutritionist. I also have Lyme’s disease, and asthma with which I fight inflammation. My Dr. said eat a Mediterranean diet & lose weight. Dah! No real concern. Day by day I feel worse. I am going to seriously give this a try Dr. Mandell. Thank you for your loving kindness in bringing healthy measures & helps to take control of our own health. May God richly bless you!

Quillsongs – It’s Maria. I have RA & Fatty liver. My liver specialist said the only thing currently know to improve your fatty liver #’s is Vitamin E. Thank You Jesus that worked! Daily I still take ONE Walgreens Vitamin E 400 IU soft gel. Specialist recommended 2 daily, but that gave me diarrhea. I started out getting labs every 3, then 6 months. Now I’m down to 1 time a year 🥳. Prayers for healing and strength 🙏

  • @patrickevans3797 says:

I like to put 1/4 cup oats,1 tbsp of chia seeds, cinnamon, cacao along with greek yogurt and some kefir,I keep it liquidity because overnight the oats and chia absorb the moisture, then in the morning I put 2 or 3 poached eggs on top, on the eggs I put turmeric and black pepper, I find it delicious

    • @Human_on_earth_1 says:

Wow what a diet totally balanced one, but only few human taste buds appreciate it. 🙏💐

  • @Riaining7 says:

I used to use chia seeds quite often, it’s been a few years since I’ve done that, but I’m glad to be reminded about it again. One of the best things about the chia seeds is that you put them in water, stir them around so they don’t get clumped together, and then drink them with added lemon/cranberry/whatever real flavoring you wish to add, and the chia seeds will create a cell membrane around them that make them nearly undetectable as you’re drinking it. No need to blend at all, the membrane of water they create around themselves make them slick and actually difficult to even attempt to chew if you tried. This is the perfect drink to make to ensure you stay hydrated over a long period of time. A perfect semi-fasting recipe. On top of this, they’re very high in protein too, so it makes for a perfect pre/or/post workout drink.
Thanks for the reminder Dr. Mandell.
