I believe rolled oats are good for you they are heart healthy it’s the instant oatmeal in the packets that’s not good for you because its full of sugar and additives.

I am finding that once I had eliminated sugars completely (& I was sure I would die) from every source for a period of time it got real clear what my body was needing. ie I crave things (like cinnamon, or say, cauliflower) that whatever the craving, I took as having something needed and so ate that with gusto. Funny, other than fruit, sugar was no longer craved. The body temple teaches. ❤

What specific did you do to heal your knees
I did put a tip of turmeric powder, a pinch of black paper and honey 🍯 in a mug with boiling water but I put the honey at last when the mixture is warm then I drink it early in the morning before breakfast in an empty stomach ❤❤❤
