I have been taking vitamin D regularly and my vitamin D levels are more than 50. I still had enlarged prostate. However, I started taking Serrapeptase and within few months it shrunk to normal, no more BPH

Would appreciate some pointers on what can be done post-TURP. Will vitamin D help in any way?
I’ve started vitamin D a couple of months ago and it might have relieved some symptoms of enlarged prostate..
I’m not sure though because at the same time I started taking iodine with the vitamin D
