You should do a day in the life video showing how your routine might look on an average day from waking up to bed, what you eat, drink, supplements and so on that you might consume including. That would be fascinating to me. Thank you doc, love your tips and advice

I knew I shouldn’t be ignoring my green tea that is sitting in my cabinet! Thanks Doc! 😊

This might help you and others, as it’s certainly helped me:
I don’t really get excited about drinking green tea or matcha, as I really don’t like the particularly bitter/acrid taste of it (even cut with butter/ghee or milk or coconut oil), and on an empty stomach (which mine is, during the day, as I generally intermittently fast until early evening), it’ll make me nauseous.

So I did with my matcha powder what I do with many supplements that I buy in high quality bulk – I encapsulate it (using an encapsulator, $20-40).

I’ll take one or two max at a time of the (densely potent) matcha powder caps to not miss the wide variety of the benefits it provides, and you can also do this with green tea (although it’s less dense nutriceutically than matcha), and other substances (I do it with several, as I much prefer the “boom – done” power of convenience of encapsulations).

I don’t believe the substances in teas/matcha require heat-activation, although if any do, please let me know if you’re aware.

It’s a powerful substance to take, and highly worthwhile doing, for me. 👍 Just an FYI to the wise…

One of the reason you get a bitter taste is you are steeping it in BOILING WATER. just steep in hot not boiling water.

    • @investigator6203 says:

I brew a cup of coffee and put a tea bag in the coffee pot while it’s brewing, sounds weird but it tastes delicious

  • @-16_ says:
