Eat from the garden or farmers market on the daily. Garden veggies are the best carbs.

If you wanna help off set excess sodium then you need more potassium. Sodium makes your cells retain water and potassium takes water out from the cell.

Prepare your own meals, and when buying pre-prepared foods, check the sodium, sugar, saturated fats, and addictives. Stay away from table salt, and cheap sugary foods.
