      I love salt I use Redmond salt and Himalayan salt and black salt and I have plenty of cream of tartar to go with it

      Eat from the garden or farmers market on the daily. Garden veggies are the best carbs.

      Well, not so much. Veggies are not your friends. I would spend your $ on local eggs if that’s all you can afford.

      That’s actually where I’m starting, as far as locals (LOL That’s kind of funny-“far as local”)

    If you wanna help off set excess sodium then you need more potassium. Sodium makes your cells retain water and potassium takes water out from the cell.

    Prepare your own meals, and when buying pre-prepared foods, check the sodium, sugar, saturated fats, and addictives. Stay away from table salt, and cheap sugary foods.
