    Hi Doc

I make my own kombucha and watching your video they both work on the same concept of the mother.

Is there any difference where the one is more healthy over the other.

The cider seems to be recommended as a daily to few times a day usage.

Where the kombucha not as regular. Is this true?

Your input on this would be greatly appreciated.

    Regards

    Mario

Does apple cider vinegar take calcium from the bones?

  • Be Kind! says:

I drink mine in mineral water. It tastes a lot like apple juice.

    • Greer says:

      Liar😂
It’s disgusting.. even with lemon..apple juice? Really? I persevered 3 yrs every morning and not once did I get a whiff of apple 😂

    • Klaus Capt B Squad says:

What??!! Ok sorry but you’re either lying or drinking another product. This stuff tastes very bitter, and smells like vinegar. I occasionally gag a little as I’m drinking it because of the taste.

    • Be Kind! says:

@klauscaptbsquad7044  Because mineral water is bubbly, it buffers the taste.

    • Klaus Capt B Squad says:

@Be Kind! Sorry. I don’t care what you’re mixing ACV with, there’s no making that taste go away. I’ve tried mixing it with smoothies, I’ve tried diluting it. It’s a very pronounced flavor, that is difficult to mask.

I drink mineral water all the time, I’ll see if it works. If I’m wrong I’ll circle back and admit it. For now tho, I’m calling total BS

    • Tim S says:

It tastes like apple juice only in the fact its apple, tastes more like vinegar than apple

  • MagRC says:

Thanks Dr. Mandell. Your the Best 🙂

  • Thea Stewart says:

I use 2 tablespoons and lemon in my apple cider vinegar and I drink it like a tea. Works fine for me.

  • Lindazkewl1 says:

I add a tiny pinch of real salt (with minerals, not the bleached stuff) and I like it that was as well as with lemon.

  • Patricia Kristoffersen says:

I’ve been using ACV for many, many years with great results! This year I started adding 1 t. sole water to 1 T. ACV in water in the early am. Really love this combo.

  • Cecilaroll Roll says:

Thanks Doc for the healthy wisdom you share. I no longer have joint pain because I acted upon your advice and eat Turmeric daily. In 48 hours, pain eliminated. You are the “Best”

  • LedaNicole says:

I bloat extremely bad when I eat breads or dairy by 3-5 inches. Taking apple cider vinegar with fresh lemon in 16 oz water after a meal that’s contained either breads or dairy or both has helped tremendously. It takes my stomach less than a hour to bloat out after eating such. But taking the ACV quickly resolves that. I also suffered with chronic constipation even on healthy diets. But taking ACV has helped with that too. I can especially tell a HUGE difference when I go as little as 1 week without it.
Definitely make some to go if you’re traveling and not home to cook. I’ve noticed a big difference taking it vs not taking it when eating out. And tested by eating the same exact thing to really compare it.

    • Vicki Gonya says:

Go gluten free. You won’t miss it. Avoid Alfredo sauce. I’ve never been a bread person. On a few occasions I like toasted garlic bread with Italian food. Or grilled cheese sandwich with soup, my guilty pleasure- so bad for me–🤭 chipped beef gravy over toast. I LOVE IT but save it for a reward. In winter. Also LOVE open-faced turkey & gravy sandwiches. 😋

  • PaulRevere says:

No starchy carbs or snack foods, little to zero bread or bread products, high protein real meat products. Lose weight, feel great 🙂
