      I make my own sauerkraut and kimchi. Believe me, itโ€™s super easy and soooooo delicious. I always make sure I have some ready in the house.
      I just watched as many recipes on youtube as I could find and then made my own variation on the basic rule. I love adding some vinegar to both since I like sour and hot stuff. And it doesnโ€™t diminish the health advantages.
      Just go for it, you will be greatly rewarded!!!! Find a recipe that is to your liking. ๐Ÿ‘Š

    Make sure it’s unpasteurized.
    The sauerkraut on the shelf may be “Organic” but to be on the shelf it has to be pasteurized.
    Now the organic stuff in the cooler may be more expensive but one way to reduce cost is to buy the non-pasteurized and when it gets low buy the less expensive pasteurized and put it in the container with the remaining “juice”. This will revitalize the probiotics
