    A couple of months ago after listening to a video on copper someone answered a question I had on copper supplements suggesting using a copper cup to drink my water from. Since I started drinking from my copper container the rest of my inflammation in my gut is almost a 100% gone! Many thanks to whoever it was that mentioned the copper cup!!!!

      Yes. As well as silver. Hence why it is called silverware. And in times of old they used silver cups for drinking as it killed bacteria in the waters. Why colloidal silver is a staple in my house.

    Hey Doc, thank you for the link to the Laudemio EVOO. One question, though. I noticed that the label is quite different from any of the available on Amazon. The one you linked is $40-ish dollars for 500ml (8.45 oz), and the ones (even the Organic variety) are $40-ish for 1 ltr (16.9 oz). Would you have any idea why? Currently I am using Atlas Mediterranean EVOO. Should I switch? Thanks!

      @@tereseschmidt1356 I wiped my toenails w povidone-iodine wipes 2x daily for 6 mos, let my feet breathe and get more natural sunlight. I stopped wearing toenail polish during this time period. I do my own nails and avoid public nail salons as I believe this is how I contracted the fungus. I hope this helps!

      Edit to add: I switched all of my socks to natural materials like cotton and wool.
      I purchased the iodine wipes from Amazon. I also clip my toenails v short as the fungus loves longer nails.

      I bleached my tub 2x/ week so there wasn’t any chance of reinfection.

    I always have a runny nose. Every👏🏻Day👏🏻 and it’s terribly annoying. I’ve been drinking 1cup of my homemade veggie broth, and my runny nose stopped running within 1 day. Honestly.
    VEGGIE BROTH:
    2 onions 🧅
    3 heads of garlic🧄
    4 large carrots🥕
    8 oz pkg of mushrooms 🍄
    1 head of celery
    Rinse all ingredients well. Leave the skins on. Chop everything roughly. Place in very large pot. Add 1 gallon of water, preferably something with minerals. Place lid on pot and boil gently for 1 hour. Strain ingredients. Pour through cheese cloth and sieve. Drink 1 cup hot or cold per day and freeze the rest.

    I wanted to share that another remedy you suggested worked wonders for me! you mention in another video how poor absorption of vitamin C can be the cause of “age spots”. I began to see many of them on my hands these last few years. I was already taking something called augmented NAC (acetyle cystene) which studies show help C absorb better, so I bought a good quality whole food sourced vitamin C and also some ester C with quercetin – which I began taking with the augmented NAC twice a day. Within three weeks my “age spots” were faded so noticeablly I was shocked! And in just over a month all of them went away. Thank you. I also now and then put some vitamin C cream on my hands, but I’m pretty sure it was the vitamins working from inside out.

    Also Cranberry juice, as you mentioned in a different video. Drank some for the holiday and overdid it a little but it certainly has had a “cleansing” affect. Don’t know if I had SIBO or not but the cranberry juice has certainly started setting things right.

    A few years back I cut out alcohol for 4 months, did intermittent fasting and drank acv with lemon water every morning and lost 30 lbs. I was doing moderate exercise, but the fasting and ACV was what really helped me cut the weight! Just had my baby so I’m going to get back on it 🙌🏽
