    when i was younger, the older folks used to tell us not to eat bananas before bed because it would smother us while we’re sleeping 😮

    Bananas helped me with nighttime leg cramps. I rarely have one now except when I get into not eating them most days.

    My parents would always tell me NOT to eat bananans at night cause it will hive your stomach cramps since it is so heavy
