I do that every day. I mix a little bit of diatomeceous earth in it. I also use a loofa scrub to get rid of soap residue and dead cells on my skin, as well as stimulating the lymphatic nodes with the scrubbing motion. Thank you, Dr. Mandell!

  • @kbrown611 says:

Thatโ€™s what I do for face and neck exfoliator, very inexpensive! Also mix it with hydrogen peroxide and lightly brush teeth. Then gargle with straight hydrogen peroxide. Nasal lavage with warm sea salt water. Using coconut oil to smooth down frizzy hair.

It’s also great in an Epsom soak! I cup of each & a cup of ACV & ยผ cup Himalayan salt…excellent detox bath!

  • @tracyjennings3003 says:

You can also take baking soda with hydrogen peroxide and make a paste if you have a splinter put it on there put a Band-Aid on it leave it on there for a couple minutes take it off and the Splinter would have risen out of the hand or wherever you had it and there’s no more picking at the body trying to remove it the Splinter will come out by itself

  • @catbradley282 says:

It also works well as a paste on bad sunburns… also take a baking soda bath for itchiness

  • @adquilantang says:

I been doing this for a long time. Works very well. I also use it as my shampoo ( Haven’t use reg shampoo going on ten years now)I dilute the baking soda into water( it’s been so long since i did measurements, i don’t remember them) squirt the mixture onto my SCALP as the shower gets warm, hop in the shower, wash my body and then I rinse it out. My har doesn’t get nearly as oily as it used to. MAYBE twice i forgot my water mixture and used a tiny bit of shampoo, my hair was so greasy the next day

  • @Emily_Paris says:

My mom was brought up on home remedies and used that method all throughout her life. She was a farm laborer and retired at age 69. She passed away at age 92 1/2.
I miss her and my dad but I know theyโ€™re in a better place.

We are fortunate to have you Dr. Mandell.. There are so many people out there who would benefit from your word of wisdom if they only know you. I am more than happy to share your video with others. My mom used to give us baking soda for heart burn, laxative, to clean our teeth and tongue. It is very effective. Now that you mentioned it is safe for the skin I will definitely use it on my face.

  • @welmadejager9844 says:
