@@sonnyc.1994yes some crossints are ok but no more than 1 a day with plenty of fruit and vegetables and well least one vegetable loaded with fiber I am getting close to this diet not always especially towards the end of the month but well I myself love my crossints and love my vegetables and my fruit whether a can fruit or fresh I mix it up like my vegetables to save on expenses but

There’s one thing that has changed my world by changing my digestion for about the last 20 years I’ve been taking QUERCTINE TWICE DAILY- of 1000mgs with or without food. It’s amazing- costs maybe $30-$40 a month- it also has a host of other great benefit and I’ve never seen them talk about this benefit but I’ll tell ya my BM’s are perfect- also eat a couple sweet potatoe daily which is another great thing for your stomach- I am 46 years old at 235lbs. At 9% bodyfat- at 6’ tall- eat about 24-30 eggs daily- also eat 2 Avacados a day- only eat two meals- also go between 14-18 hours between last meal and first meal. It’s just the way it’s been for years- didn’t even know that was a thing untill reading about “fasting” over the years as it’s became a “fad” for some people to try. It works- but so does a lot of things. Being healthy isn’t hard it just takes some willpower- this page is a great way to learn lots of great health facts! Thank you! ❤❤❤❤
The problem isn’t the fat. It’s the fat alongside sugar. Those two should never be consumed together.
