I love Dr Mandell. I’ve been watching him for years now. I love his holistic approach to overall health. Mind, body & soul. I do have to say that all these tips can become overwhelming at times. I bought a nutrition book and eventually gave up because it spoke of similar things. When to eat, what eat, what not to mix it with or you won’t get the nutritional value etc. It became science. It’s challenging to keep up with all the do’s & don’t even when it comes to when and how to drink water😮💨 I guess we can only do our best.

Reducing boiling water to low-med prevents eggs from cracking and prevents that green ring around the yolk when cooked for 12-15 minutes 😉😘
