71% to 83% of grocery store calories keeping you big as hell

  • @marshalucas7984 says:

    Great information!ℹ️

  • @CJ-lf6nq says:

It’s disturbing walking into a normal grocery store.

  • @a.williams45 says:

Sad but true. Time to grow and make your own food. Thank you, Dr Berg 🔪🥦🧄

  • @seavisions says:

Up next… you will eat ze bugs!

  • @logikgr says:

Yup, every year, the produce section at my local supermarket gets smaller. It’s ironic, I live in one of the most abundant and diverse produce producing parts of the world, yet, it’s hard to find that produce at the local grocery store, it’s all funneled to fancy restaurants.

    • @The_DC_Kid says:

And then all those fancy, high-falutin’ “Rich People Restaurants” in The Big City charge $85 for a tiny salad. Makes me so mad I wanna throw my drink across the room.

  • @MarieWilliams027 says:

Ultra processed garbage is taking over unfortunately. Grow your own and/or support your local farmers. Thanks, Dr Berg 👍🏻🥦

    • @Ebs2424 says:

Agreed! My goal this summer is to grow my own fruits and vegetables, living in Canada is hard because of our climate. 😢 Thank God we live near a lot of farmers. I definitely need to support them more than the conventional “grocery stores”.

    • @MarieWilliams027 says:

@@Ebs2424 same here in the UK. Only buy the good stuff from the shops, grow what you can and support your local farmers/Street Market. Cheers 🌞

  • @Sir_Robin_of_Camelot says:

Just take a look at everyone else’s cart. Then look at yours and realize you are a big part of the 17% – 29%

  • @chillislives says:

Think if more people realized and implemented the health benefits of the diet you promote. What it would do to food and medical industries.

    That’s why you’ll catch hate.

I love food but as I age I’m loving feeling and looking good, better.

  • @dragossorin85 says:

Indeed processed food is very bad, some products can’t be sterilized with hight temperature so you don’t want to know what’s used to sterilize it, this is from the stand point of safety, from nutrition stand point it’s also bad depending what you eat

  • @karenreaves3650 says:

Love my carnivore shopping cart it looks so empty, I usually have 5 bags to carry inside the garage to put in the fridge once a month. ♥️

  • @owaitress says:

I recently bought a loaf of Italian bread from Walmart that was supposedly made on premises. When I cut into it, it collapsed and sprang back into shape like a tempur pedic mattress. I will from now on bake my own bread.

  • @pattijuddgeorge2110 says:

    I love Dr Berg

  • @josephburns-zd2kr says:

It’s sad for the people who don’t know that. It’s sad for the people who do know that and don’t care. It’s not sad for the people who do know that and want to make a change for the better.

  • @zx4race31 says:

Nothing better than a home cooked meal

  • @kayleneemery8217 says:

Blessings and appreciation from Sydney Australia .

  • @nedutchgirl says:

I categorize foods thinking of nutritional values by every day foods are whole foods. Some times foods are processed foods like bread and pasta. Seldom foods are like ice cream and sweet breads. This way nothing is off bounds creating a deprivation effect which most likely leads to overeating the type of food.

  • @andilefiki3728 says:

Good Doc how important is it that we must eat according to our blood type for example not eating red meat since I am blood type +A

  • @leonglassglow3854 says:

Also, the quality of the produce section at my local Schnucks has been getting worse. A lot of times it’s not fresh.

  • @elizabethconnolly6978 says:

    We need our farmers
