What I do is chop ginger into small pieces and swallow them with water, garlic too, raw, just how you would with a headache pill/tablet.
I just blended a piece up with some orange and a banana and coconut water
Good stuff!!!

I heard of a recipe to prevent or help get rid of sickness: 1 ginger root cut up, 1 apple cut up, 1 orange cut up, 1 lemon cut up and 1 carrot cut up. 🍏 🍋 🥕 put it all in a blender and add water.
I read that it would be ideal to keep the skin on the orange and lemon.Adds more benefits.Of course they would need to be organic.
I love ginger gave it to my family in 3 days who ever was getting sick was up n going 3 days later

I eat Ginger daily! Everyone else in my ‘circle’ cannot stand it. I also try to eat a few cloves of raw garlic daily. If I feel I’m coming down w/something (or hubby brings home a bug) I make sure to eat my Ginger, Garlic, a good daily dose of Elderberry, & my fav Fire Cider/Master Tonic (ACV, Ginger, Peppers, Onion. Garlic, Tumeric, Lemon Juice, Honey, & hard to find Horseradish Root).
