      Most pain in our joints is caused by inflammation. Inflammation is caused by too much sugar. Quit sugar (that means bread and pasta too as that turns to glucose in your body) and you will feel a difference within 2 days 😊👍🏻

    That’s pretty much all I have to start every single Day Out. I’m getting L5 S1 artificial disk replacement surgery. I blew that discount almost 13 years ago. It was difficult 10 years ago. Now it’s excruciating and stretching. I am more flexible for a guy with a broken back. I am extremely flexible because I have to be to stay out of pain. My stomach barely works anymore. Eating and drinking is excruciating and you know what? I am having the time of my life.
    Making it a great day, Everyday in every way. Thank you for all of your videos and encouragement. It goes a long way. I have surgery scheduled on July 2nd. We’re good. When you want the best surgeon around. They’re busy and they’re busy for a reason. Because they’re the best. Keep taking care of yourself. I know you’re not a spring chicken but man. You’re in good shape. Good job! It gives me hope that after I recover from surgery. I’m going to be very active for a very long time. Thank you doctor keep it going!
