      The Keto diet works like a charm to kick the sugar habit . It takes about 2-3 days , but your appetite will just shut down . Keep the carbs LOW , and the sugar cravings GO .

      Same as above reply for me, when I get the craving for sweets like after my supper would have peanut butter on apple slices, this will go away after a few weeks and for drinks N/A beer, skim milk, water. It’s been 3 years and 45 LBS ago . Just stick to no treats or sodas and alike. Wish you the best

    You are soo right Dr Thank You, it’s a must to keep all our vain’s capillaries arteries everything flowing well, kefir yoghurt is great also love it! keeping our gut operating well, avoid sickness and decease, it’s truly a must do so we don’t have unnecessary bills to pay on sickness.

    Have dealt with Candida for many years (Yeast overgrowth in gut) from 10 years in ‘70’s with tons of antibiotics! Before they knew the harm. I use a sugar free diet! Healthy foods and use Kombucha by Synergy drink w probiotics! I only drink about 1/4 cup every other day w a low sugar cranberry juice to take edge off taste. Also Par De Arco pills help!! So important !! TY Dr. 😊
