    I was taught the “superman” stretch in high school. On your Stomach and arms straight up, lift arms and legs and you feel lumbar stretch. Thankfully I don’t really have back problems and I think those that do it’s because they don’t exercise those muscles.

    Peace be unto you, coincidentally I just did that the other day before seeing this I was haven’t really right lower side and lower back knots I did that on both sides and God is my witness it was like instant relief I almost couldn’t believe it
