It doesn’t taste the same as real Gnocci I’ve had it before, but it is good in a pinch.
Do you not consider the potato starch ingredient an issue?

I have and did again to double check and potato starch is not an Approved ingredient.
So why would he recommend this product?
In the video Dr. Gundry is recommending you use gnocchi made from cauliflower instead of potatoes.
The Trader’s Joe product he is recommending is not all cauliflower there is a potato byproduct in the ingredients list.
